AGAIN, A BETTER, BETTER NEIGHBORHOODS, QUALITY NEIGHBORHOODS, AND HOPEFULLY NOT WITH THE BIG DELTA IN THE COST OF THE NEIGHBORHOODS. SO ANYWAY, GREAT, GREAT PRESENTATION.
