AND THEN THE ACTUAL STREET WIDTHS WILL BE NARROWER THAN WHAT WE REQUIRE AGAIN, TO TRY TO KEEP THAT THAT PARK LIKE FEEL FOR THE SUBDIVISION. PLANNING SERVICES IS RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF THE VARIANCE. BASED ON THE FOLLOWING FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS. AND FINDING ONE WOULD BE THE EFFECT OF THE VARIANCE WILL NOT BE DETRIMENTAL TO PUBLIC SAFETY, HEALTH, WELFARE OR INJURIOUS TO OTHER PROPERTIES. WE ARE. THEY'VE ALSO ADDED A BLOCK LENGTH BECAUSE PART OF THE THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WILL INCLUDE SENIOR SENIOR VILLAGES. THAT WILL BE MORE EXCLUDED FROM THE REST OF THE SUBDIVISION.
